Retirement Centre

• This retirement centre was done by John Smillie while at Seitter Boyd Architects

• It consisted of a new multi-storey residential block, as well as the conversion of an old hotel into suites and communal facilities.

• The building design was inspired by the historical “Berea Style” which is prevalent in the area.
